Of course, we have been waiting for “Their Moment”, the DonBelle documentary, for hours, only for it to be delayed in its premiere, but no matter, it was worth every minute. It also brought tears to most Bubblies’ eyes, and most of all, it gave us a deeper insight into what is inside their hearts and minds. Here are 5 things that stood out in that Docu that we should always keep in mind as Bubblies.
You can say that Belle is aware of whatever goes around in soc med. She
knows the things hurled at her and what hurts the most is when the discussion
includes her family. The pain doubles when her nearest and dearest are being
talked about when they are not even showbiz personalities. It is possible that
the pain is compounded by the guilt when she becomes the reason why her family
is being talked about. The hardest thing is when there is a perceived fault in
what is happening that hurts the family. While it is inevitable that fans
become curious about her family.
Donny’s speech:
“Men won’t matter
if it isn’t for the women who pushed them”
Now, it is confirmed. Donny includes
Belle in this list of women whom he considers pivotal
in his life. Need we say
more?
Behind The Scenes:
It is obvious that they are just happy together. They have fun, and they
can be goofy with each other. There is no dull moment between the two as they
are very comfortable with each other. They can dance out of the blue. They can
silly with one another.
Food Related
What Donny hates the most about Belle is not a bad habit or a bad trait like what normal people would comment on for another person like being talkative or being nosy. Donny hates it when Belle neglects eating on time. At the heart of this irritation is because Donny is looking out for Belle’s welfare. You know that he takes care of her and watches out for her.
Belle on the other hand, divulges that Donny gets cranky when he is hungry to which she said it could be normal because she is like that, too; however, Belle says “I find it cute,” in the end.
It is safe to conclude that food is a
big thing to them both.
God is at the Center
There is no denying that they are
rooted in Christ. They don’t get affected by the noise around them as they make
sure that they live a Christ-Centered life. Most mentally strong people and
those who are successful are usually men and women with strong faith in God.
Their lives are anchored with God that is why they can face the battles that
are thrown at them. Of course, Donny and Belle do not rely on their own
strengths alone but in God’s. They are truly good role models for many.
Each Other’s Pride
Belle divulges that Donny has doubts on whether he should be part of Men Who Matter, but Belle says he deserves it because he inspires a lot of people including her. She says he really matters. Donny, on his part, proudly recounts how proud he is of his onscreen partner as she walked the red carpet in Seoul and how beautiful her gown was. You can tell the mutual admiration and respect they have for each other. They look like they are each other’s cheerleader.
At the end of the documentary, no dry
eyes can be found among Bubblies who have waited and are tuned in for the
premiere. Everyone is just thankful to have a glimpse of Donny and Belle beyond
