These past few days, Donny and Belle’s names seem to be related to things outside of the country. Right after the US tour, they have gone to Thailand to shoot for a commercial. For those who are wondering, they say Thailand is the hub of shooting ads because their facilities and the skills are topnotch. We still are speculating what it was, but rest assured it is quite an experience for both Donny and Belle, and it is additional content for Bubblies in the near future. But then, there have been more after this, and Bubblies are one proud fan group for all these.
Donny is looking every inch the leading man on the blue carpet of Singapore’s Flower Dome Hall in Gardens by the Bay to attend the premiere of “The Rings of Power” with other Pinoy celebrities. He looked dapper in his blue suit. It is a proud moment to know that one of our mains had been important enough to be invited to an international premiere.
Belle, on the one hand, added another achievement in the form of bagging the Outstanding Asian Star at Seoul International Drama Awards. There were 175 nominees all over Asia, and only 5 will be honored during the awards night in September 22. True, the award has been up for voting, but the nomination had been selected by the award giving body, making it an honor to be part of those who will be chosen by the public. Donny, for one, was also nominated. They are being recognized for their portrayal of Max and Deib in He’s Into Her. For one, voting was not easy and fans had to do a lot to earn chamsims. It can be bought, but they can also gain them through tasks. Fans have invested time and effort to get Belle to the top. Probably, it is because she has admitted time and again that she likes receiving them. This is a monumental win for Belle as it is the first time a Kapamilya gets to bring home the award and also the only woman so far to be honored with it.
The last on this list is something we can attribute to them both. Their first movie, Love is Color Blind is featured as one of the films to be shown in Moscow Film Festival 2022. There were other Filipino movies with them, but their first movie being shortlisted in an international film festival, is another proof that they have potential to shine in the international stage. Their hard work and talent can really pave the way. As Bubblies, this is a proud moment. Since the viewers will not understand the dialogue, the acting is the only thing that will communicate to them. Since they were able to draw out the appropriate emotions, they became a good candidate for the festival. We hope that many foreign viewers can see the talent of Donny and Belle.
With that, we are so excited to see how their first big screen project
will turn out. We know that they will give their best for An Inconvenient Love.
They will make us fall in love again and again with a good story and their amazing
performance.
