Rule Breaking: What rule did the Bearkadas break? In
the Breakfast Club, the group of students did break out for a while during the
time when the teacher was watching “Days of Our Lives”, his favorite soap
making him oblivious to the movements outside of his room. It looks like they
will break out, judging from them running through the hallway and them being at
the school courtyard continuing their heart-to-heart. Chloe even asks
if they are breaking the rule that their teacher told them and there is no
reply to be heard from the group, but Lorde and Ysay exchanged mischievous
grins.
But we have
not spotted the TagSen couple…(ohh, sorry they are still not together again,
are they?) I meant Deib and Max by the courtyard, have we? Are they still
trapped in the elevator or are they wandering off somewhere together to explore
trying to get back to each other?
Hearts Breaking: You
mean to tell me the Taguro Brothers who have the same anniv with
their respective BFs who are parts of the Alpha
Three are having their hearts broken a week apart. Since this is the featured
preview, I would assume that they might be heading for splitsville, too as they
have a deep serious talk. Naih was calmly asking questions from Lee
probably having a hard time having her as gf and if Lee found out that he is
more compatible with Ysay.
Kuya Dale’s
life starts to get complicated as Dom, the ghoster of a gf, is back and
asserting that they have not broken up yet, when she left. Is this gonna be a
heartbreak for Michiko? Will Kuya Dale have a hard time shaking this ex off?
Will Michiko stay away? What is with the Enrile Boys? Their first gfs are not
good ones, and then these same girls who hurt them want them back?
Face-to-Face: Outsider
Alert! RJ is at the Benison’s home court. Remember that Atty. Echavez orders
his son to locate Max as he has a vid for the case, and his search for Max
probably led him to the Bear’s lair. What he thought as a chance to bond with
Max again was foiled with the discovery that it seems that Max is on
the road to reconciling with Deib. He did ask if Deib wants to get back
with Max again and also confessed that he is still in love with Max. Deib
cockily tells him that he cannot join in on the fray because there is no
contest. We know Deib can’t lose a second time to the South Bay Shark
Captain-especially not when it matters the most.
Holding on: Next
frame shows Deib running through the hallway carrying Max bridal style with
that look of sheer happiness on his face, apparently and simply enjoying the
moment. Max, on the one hand, looks at him with longing and a hint of sadness.
It seems our girl is still longing for simpler days and at the same time
uncertain on where the road will lead them. We hear Deib in the background
saying “Hindi kita bibitawan, Kapit ka lang. Literally speaking, he could mean
on a physical level, or is this a reiteration of what they said to each other
some days back when their love is just starting to be tested by a crime and accusations between
their families. Is he making that vow again?
Before we get
ahead of ourselves, he had to carry her because she had a sprain, and our
knight in shining armor won’t let her limp through the hall way. This is
probably how RJ found them, so the jealousy fest happened.
Last Words: What
was Naih referring to when she said “Eh di Kabog”? Did Lee admit to getting
attracted to Ysay and having less and less reasons to stay together with
Naih? This is punctuated when she says to their friends that she is
looking for some kilig in her life. While making this announcement, Lee is not
with the group. Where could he be? What does she mean with what she said?
I was
thinking about it and thinking that maybe it has something to do with Dale and
Nurse M. Did one of them pull it because Michiko is about to be punished by the
headmaster. Besides Kuya Dale did say, he wants to do something silly and
stupid. Could this be a part of it?
I wonder
where Dom found Kuya Dale. Is she in campus when Dale and Michiko is about to kiss
that she wants to stall it with a fire alarm? This is a wild one, but would
like to just not cross that off the list.
Together Again: The
cliffhanger of Episode 12 is, of course, the holding hands in the elevator that
seems to show that they are on the road to patching up. Take note that Deib is
the only one taking a move to get closer to Max. He moves towards her position,
gives her the Bingo, and initiates the hand holding. That scene is enough to
wipe away the tears flowing when Max returns Deib’s promise ring and walks away
from him.
More guesses before we go: Some people would say they are back together as a result of that
elevator scene and that this time, Deib is giving in to what he feels. Here is
a convo with a friend, Tricia. I would include it here as it is.
Me: What do
you think will happen in the opening of Epi 13? Do you think it is possible for
Deib and Max to get together?
Tricia: Yes.
Me: How can
you say that if Max did not move her hands to reciprocate the gesture?
Tricia: (Now
doubting what she thinks)…oh, but remember that Max said, “I will not give up
on those I love.” Let us trust on that.
Me: But I
think Max will not make that leap, yet. She is jilted. Besides, when Deib and
RJ talked, it seems that Max and Deib’s status is still not clear.
Tricia: But a
lot could have happened in the elevator. They could have kissed. It is so
private and in close proximity. And they miss each other so much.
Me: Hmm I
think before they can do that, the lights will turn on, the elevator door will
open. They won’t be able to settle the issue just yet.
Tricia: Why
so jaded?
Me: Just
setting expectations low, so I won’t get hurt. He he he.
What do you think of these theories? Whose side will you prevail? What is your own theory? What do you think will be the status of Deib and Max after their being locked in the elevator? Do you agree with Tricia or me? Or have you been worrying about how difficult it would have been to shoot the scene as it can be very hot, and the place too small for movement plus, they are not the only one, some of the crew should still be there?
