Belle Mariano, along with other Kapamilya leading ladies, attended a Personality Development Workshop under Ms. Charo Santos-Concio. It was a 4-day affair culminating with a face-to-face simulation and graduation ceremony. The young ladies learned proper behavior, etiquette of a public figure, and social media interaction.

Today, this was on the report of Mr. MJ Felipe for TV
Patrol. According to other participants, they learned various things from always coming prepared, apologizing, to properly
presenting themselves, always being confident, speaking your truth and not calling
attention to yourself. The girls seem to have a dance number, too, to the tune of "Dancing Queen" by Abba.
Our Daylight Queen, BELLE MARIANO sums up the experience for
everyone saying: “I think lahat naman po ng natutunan namin dito ay maa-apply
namin on cam and off cam. You know our essence, our authenticity is something that we should apply everyday, You
know it's something that makes us unique and
something that makes us 'us'”
Belle imparts a good lesson here of being consistent at different aspects of life so that it comes naturally on-and-off screen.
